David Irwin joined Tekell, Book, Allen & Morris,
L.L.P. in 2009. He began his practice serving as an
Assistant District Attorney in the Matagorda County
District Attorney’s Office, trying over 15 matters to
jury verdict. Subsequently, he practiced in the areas of
medical malpractice defense and personal injury defense.
Immediately prior to joining the firm, he had a
plaintiff’s personal injury litigation practice. David
now focuses primarily on personal injury defense.
